Sound Bowl Healing With The Youth | SaySukii Play Date #2

What an honor was it to be apart of Saysukki’s play date #2! This event was curated by the phenomenal florist, artist, and curator SaySukii and this event was absolutely magikal. This event was facilitated in Roots Black Marketplace in the heart of Wynwood. Children such as plants need to be watered, carefully attended to, and given vital substance in order to blossom and that is exactly what this event embodied! I was fortunate enough to facilitate and guide these beautiful flower children on sound bowl healing and also how to harness there inner chee. I’ve always been a big advocate on not punishing a child but to understand where their traumas are coming from. Children who go through traumas usually do not have a coping mechanism or a healthy outlet to express themselves. I truly believe events like this give children a different insight on to how to hone in their gifts, learn new ways to explore their creativity, and to make new friends in their communities! Sound bowl healing has been an amazing outlet in my life and having a chance to teach kids different hertz of the bowl, how to mediate through sound and tone, and formulating a way to release tension or toxic energy in their bodies.

I truly believe events like this in our community can help oppressed, impoverished, and children who are looking for a voice! My spirit guides are working through me and I will continue to be the vessel that helps people find their spiritual path. I really wanted to focus on children this year and helping them cope with things they are afraid to speak out on! Our children in our communities, family, and everywhere through this place we call earth have a voice! We should continue to listen to each other and help one other heal, flourish, and connect! No matter the gender, social background, color, or race….we are all connected!

2019 Mastermind Session

2019 has been the best year of maybe my life! So much has happened this year that I thought could never happen! As I sit back and reflect on so much that has happened I can’t help but cry and rejoice! Last night I was honored to sit down with 19 beautiful, smart, innovative entrepreneurs! I alone would never think I would be sitting at this table with these impactful women in my community! This women were hand selected by Karine Melissa herself! Who would have thought that she would seek me out and ask me to attend a prestigious dinner. Although, I met Karine Melissa 10 years ago during my modeling days and being one of her models at Fashion Designer Expo. We lost contact but we continued to support each other through social media. I had no idea that she was keeping tabs on my business endeavors and rooting for me behind the scenes. I can admit I was incredibly nervous going to this meeting. It wasn’t that I lack confidence but I didn’t know what to expect initially going in. I must say I left the event charged up and excited to take on new endeavors when it came to my business. Thank you @karinemelissa for inviting me to a wonderful private event to mastermind success in 2020 with these women! The relationships last night I created will ultimately shape my future and my business! 2020 is already glowing brightly! 🔮✨

LIVE on Strong Arm Radio In Miami

This year has been such a rollercoaster. If you would have told me last year that this year would be nothing but abundance I would have told you to stop lying. This year has been such a blessing and sometimes I get very emotionally just reflecting! Last year was so incredibly rough for me. From rejection from someone I was in love with, to losing myself, finding self value, and picking up the pieces of what was left of me. I am truly thankful to my spirit guides and ancestors for paving the way for me and never giving up on me when I gave up on myself. I am incredibly grateful to Zurisha and Strong Arm Radio in my city of Miami for having me on their radio show. Me on the radio????!! I never thought I would say those words out loud. I know this is only just beginning and there’s so much in store because of the soul growth I’ve done. Maybe the universe is finally blessing me all of the inner work I’ve done? I just know that the universe is ALWAYS working in my favor and that alone gives me strength within. I’m happy that I’m able to share my knowledge, spread my light, and give people hope in their time of darkness.
